Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    • You can return items purchased from FORHERLASH within 14 days of receipt of your order.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, email us at info@forherlash.com with your order number and the reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return address after processing your request.
  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is for reasons other than a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, taxes, customs, import duties, and any administration fees. These will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Return Timeframe

    • Please allow up to 7 working days for the return to reach us and for your refund to be processed.
  5. Required Documentation

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Damages & Issues

  1. Inspection upon Reception
    • Inspect your order upon arrival.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@forherlash.com so we can address the issue.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange Process
    • To exchange an item, please return the current item first.
    • Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  1. Right to Cancel
    • If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you can return or cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification.
    • The item must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within business days.
  2. Refund Processing Time

    • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Delayed Refunds
